Personal Experience

Amol is a B.E. Mechanical Engineer pass out in 1997 with Distinction. He has worked in reputed companies like Kirloskar Oil Engines, Thakur Infraprojects, RMC Readymix and Robo Silicon. He liked to work in new product development in powder technology with new innovative ideas, conceptual development and Basic Engineering to convert into Business solution.

Developed many more business solutions along with his mentor Mr. Sanjay Nikam like -

• Introduced Classifier without bag filter in Indian market in powder applications.
• Developed first time Air classifier for sand application without bag filter.
• Developed Advanced sand plant with state of art technology with Air classification with automatic PLC control system.
• Set up 200 TPH India’s largest Flyash processing plant near Nellore.
• Successfully retrofitted cement plant into Ultrafine GGBS in ACC Goa.
• Set up state of Powder processing plant with state of art engineering for Unilever product.
• Any many more projects like this....
